I feel the need to highlight the amazing dedication and meticulous work executed by a PIAR staff, Ms Melyani Yousri, the past few months. We have worked together since October 2020.
In one incident, there was some tension between me and the academia with regards to recording of the interview, but Melyani managed to settle it amicably for us. For those BH features, Melyani had assisted and facilitated our interview dates, photo and video shoots excellently. It's challenging to establish strong relationships with communications officers nowadays. I appreciate the effort she has put in. I feel Melyani has gone the extra mile for both the academicians and myself in highlighting them as thought leaders of society and sharing the wealth of knowledge that they have.
